Both Drs. Plassmann and O’Connor are senior experts in non-clinical drug development with a focus on pharmacology, non-clinical safety and drug development, both from a strategic as well as a hands-on operational perspective comprising a broad spectrum of indications from early to late stage development.
Together, they have over 50 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and held positions including in senior management in big pharmaceutical companies as well as in SMEs.
Dr. med. vet. Stephanie Plassmann
is a veterinary surgeon and a board certified specialist in veterinary pharmacology and toxicology. Previously, she held positions including in senior management at F.Hoffmann-La Roche AG (Basel, Switzerland), Switch Biotech AG (Munich, Germany) and at Morphochem AG (Munich, Germany).
Dr. med. vet. Elisabeth (Lisa) O’Connor
is a postgraduate agricultural engineer and a veterinary surgeon; in addition, she is Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT). Previously, she held positions including in senior management at Sandoz AG (Basel, Switzerland), Sandoz KK (Tsukuba, Japan), Novartis (East Hanover, NJ, USA) and OSI Pharmaceuticals (Boulder, Colorado, USA).
